From the North:

1. Take I-95 to exit 36/Saco.

2. After leaving the toll booth area, head east on I-195 to exit 2A, veering right off the exit onto Route 1 South/Saco.

3. Travel south for a considerable distance on Route 1 and stay in right lane.

4. At the Dyer Library, Route 1 veers off to the right; Main Street continues straight ahead. Stay on Route 1.

5. Go past a couple of gas stations (on the right), and then cross the Saco River (Chinese restaurant on the left).

6. After crossing the river, Deering Lumber is on the right.

7. Pass under a railroad trestle. (car wash, Dunkin’ Donuts on the right.)

8. At the next intersection (Getty station on the corner), turn left onto Main Street.

9. Travel Main Street (City Theater on the right) until Alfred Street is on the right.

10. Take Alfred Street past the Police Station and Alex's Pizza (on the left), and past the Post Office and Fire Station (on the right).

11. On the left with a playground in front, is the BAE Learning Center (aka the J. Richard Martin Community Center). It is between Myrtle and Clark Streets.

12. The BAE Learning Center is on the 2nd floor of the building. Doors are on both sides.

From the South:

1. Take I-95 to Exit 32/Biddeford.

2. Proceed past the toll booth, and turn left onto Route 111 (Alfred Street).

3. Drive straight through the 1^st set of lights by Shaw's Supermarket.
   

4. Drive straight through the 2^nd set of lights by Dunkin' Donuts.

5. Drive straight through the 3^rd set of lights by 5 Points Plaza (99 Restaurant, Tin Tin Buffet, Cinema, Radio Shack, etc.).

6. At 5 Points intersection, be in the right-hand lane by the Mobil gas station.

7. Drive straight briefly; swing to the left momentarily; and then veer right onto Alfred Street/Route 111 (Rite-Aid Pharmacy on the right).

8. The BAE Learning Center (AKA the J. Richard Martin Community Center) is located approximately 1 mile ahead on the right between Clark and Myrtle Streets (playground in front).
