Natural Helpers offers peer-to-peer support for teenagers facing all kinds of challenges. They are kindhearted, trustworthy, excellent listeners, and provide access to resources that teens may not know about.

Be the Change brings official Challenge Day presenters from California to work with sophomores on the subject of bullying. They also do activities to promote positive school culture, such as RSVP, which focuses on preventing teen dating violence.

Civil Rights advocates for the protection of student rights of a civil nature, such as freedom of speech. Affiliated with Amnesty International, they also provide information on human rights.

Interact is a community service organization sponsored by the Biddeford/Saco Rotary Club. Students participate in numerous service events such as the Day of Caring, AIDS awareness, and local projects.

Mock Trial students are interested in legal studies. During the fall, they select a court case, which is then brought before a real judge in court as a mock trial against another school. In the spring, they practice for the next year.

Publications include the school newspaper and yearbook. They are publications that teach you how to interview, take pictures, graphic design, and page layout.

RFA, or Regional Fine Arts, provides students with the opportunity to work with a professional in the field of visual and performing arts.

STARS are student tutors who volunteer to help other students with organization, study skills, and class assignments.

Mathletes participate on the math team and compete at math events throughout the school year.

Theater is a class and after-school activity which puts on two dramatic performances, one in the fall and one in the spring. Students also compete in One Acts during the spring.

Band is a class and an after-school activity that provides students with further instruction in playing musical instruments. Band includes Marching Band, Jazz Ensemble, and other performance groups.

Chorus is a class with after-school events where students come together to share their love for singing and performing. They perform at public concerts throughout the school year.

Student Council is the school government made up of elected student representatives for each class. They sponsor student activities such as Homecoming Week and the blood drive. Freshman elections occur in the fall, and upper-classmen elections take place in the spring.

National Honor Society is an academic honors orgainization for seniors. Selection is based on grade point average, service, leadership, scholarship, and character.
